You're not afraid of livestreaming, losing weight, or making more money. You're afraid of going through the discomfort required to get there. Change is painful and we need to be honest with ourselves about where we are repeatedly hitting that wall of pain and retreating back to being comfortably numb. Sometimes just by naming that we can find the courage to take the next step and the next. It's not about the thing it's about the churn.
